That's a really, really tough one. I like Gaiman's comic stuff much better...Sandman is a brilliant masterpiece. Then again, Moore has several of those under his belt. New news: Gaiman has just been tapped by DC for a 2 issue Batman story entitled "Whatever Happened to the Caped Crusader?" That's an obvious homage to Moore's "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow?" It will be interesting to see what he does w/Batman. As for the Watchmen movie, I guess we'll have to see how they manage to cram all that goodness into a couple hours. Gaiman or Moore? That's a really, really tough one.
