		<description>Yes; it&#039;s not entirely clear from the initial blurb, but reading the fine print it&#039;d seem this is intended for people who&#039;ve already finished their novel (if not more than one) and are putting it up for grabs. 

Which is fair do&#039;s, I suppose. They want to be sure the product&#039;s there before they try to sell it.</description>

		<description>Hmmm... although they say they only want 3 chapters and a synopsis, a quick preusal of the rules will show you that they actually want the whole thing:

And

&quot;Entrants will not be put forward to the shortlist without a full novel.&quot;

This is a shame, and makes the excited blurb seem a little disingenuous.  I could write 3 chapters in 3 months, but there&#039;s no way I could get a complete novel done! I&#039;m not Michael Moorcock! (Sadly)</description>
