I forgot completely to link this which is issue 70 of Comic Book Outsiders which includes an interview talking about the future of Shadows of the Apt.

I've finished Tom Lloyd's Stormcaller with some delight at watching it take a standard fantasy plot, lure it close by playing coy, and then kick it repeatedly in the crotch until it falls over. In other words, lovely twist at the end.  The world itself is interesting too, lots of history, which is how I like it.

Warren Ellis' Ignition City graphic novel is a thing of beauty that I cannot recommend too highly.
