   Hello Mr T. I have commented before and like I said then I dont want to be a pest but any word on a Salute The Dark Kindle version? I have all the other books but still haven't read that one. The Kindle version is not available to the U.S. I am a huge fan and I am eagerly awaiting the opportunity to plug that big hole in the story for myself.
